1. Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this 7-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

You must have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
